This is yet another popular trend in decorating today,
according to designers, and growing in popularity
even as it overlaps with the shabby look.

Raggy~Shaggy products are typically created by layering the outside fabric with some sort of batting or filler, and a lining - right sides out, seams exposed - then sewn with a traditional 'X' in the middle
of the fabric squares ...
although you will likely see some more adventurous topstitching
here and there!
The item is then washed and dried, at least once - twice is better -
to create those full, fluffy exposed seams!
